The health crisis caused by Covid-19 highlights today more than anything else the need for unhindered access by all citizens to medical care.  In the period of pandemics we realize that – regardless of country of origin and social class – we are all equal in the face of illness.  Likewise, equal should be our treatment by the national health system for the public good.
